RETURNS
At Bad Bitch Unleashed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our 30-day return policy below for clothing items:
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will not be able to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some clothing items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These include underwear, swimwear, and socks, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Bad Bitch Unleashed account.
Go to the "Order History" section.
Select the order containing the clothing item you wish to return.
Click on the "Initiate Return" button and follow the instructions provided.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges:
